K	KK JJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年3月こちらの店舗にて、夜勤のアルバイト店員(男)に侮辱接客の対応をいただきました。本社にも勿論通告いたしましたが、こちらの店舗の店員以上に本社の窓口も相当酷いです。ファミマ中野営業所担当の社員さんに、当該アルバイト店員に聴き取りをしていただき、訪販カメラの確認も含めてご対応くださりました。当該店員は認めたうえで、その社員さんの口から「謝罪をしている」という言葉はいただきましたが、本人から聞いてない以上、信用はしていません。もちろん社員さんからはそのアルバイト店員について「遺憾の意」の表明および謝罪はいただきましたが、こちらの店舗の責任者からの謝罪は勿論されておりません。そして当然こちらの店舗での利用はいたしません。こちらの口コミはファミマ側が動いているようで非表示になるため、詳しいことは割愛して、事実だけ短めに書きました。現実に向き合わない会社だといえます。 March 2021 At this store, a night shift part-time clerk (male) responded to insulting customers.
