C	C.a. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドレスはとてもすばらくし、本当に感動します。が、他の方も書かれているように、対面以外の対応はとても微妙です。あれ？連絡してなかったかな…？とこちらが不安になるくらいです。もしかしたら、対面で対応されている方と、バックヤードで連絡対応されてるの方は違うのかな？と思うくらいです。お礼の連絡をしても返事はなし。。ドレスが素敵なだけに後味はかなり悪いです。その点を除けばドレスは唯一無二だと思いますが、ドレスでは補えないくらいの対応の残念さは心した方がいいかと思います。また、皆さん同じような金額を払って購入、レンタルされてるのかと思いますが、インスタでは、特定のアカウントに対してVIPという表記があったりして、何だかとても悲しい気持ちになりました。あんなに対面で褒めていただいたのに、実はドレスにそぐわない花嫁だったのかな、、とインスタを見る度に何度も思ってしまいます。ブランディングは大切だと思います。ただ、そういう気持ちになる人が少なからずいるということは考えていただきたいと思う次第です。 The dress is very nice and really impressed. ね	ねるねるねるね on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミが悪いので大丈夫かな。。と思いながら行きましたが案の定気分の悪い対応でした。ユリナさんという方でした。最初から疲れていてやる気のないような感じで、ドレスもこちらから聞かないとあまり教えてもらえず無言の時間が多かったです。試着の際、ダウンヘアのまま着させられたので髪を上げてもらえますか？と聞いたら「…はい」と嫌そうな感じで言われて恐縮しました。 1日何組もご対応されて大変ですね、などとお声がけしたら機嫌良くなったようで接客してくれましたが、お客にご機嫌取られないと普通に接客できない売り子はどうなのかと思います。ドレスは素敵ですが、殿様商売が透けて見えてここでは買いたくないと思いました。よそで聞いたら同じような感想を持たれた花嫁もかなりいるようです。 I wonder if it's okay because the word of mouth is bad. ..
