購入後、数回着たスーツのボタンが取れた。また、生地同士の縫い合わせが悪く、指先が通る程の隙間が複数箇所に。出来上がりのスーツ自体の品質が悪く、購入のシステムが良かっただけに残念。

要望にも素早く対応、知識に基づきオーダー内容の助言も的確だったと感じました。
ただお客さんそれぞれを待たせるシーンがあったので、せっかく予約とっているのだから時間のコントロールしていれば満点かなと思います。
スマホでオーダー後の進捗が見れるのは素晴らしいなと思います。
初めてのスーツオーダー検討とかで不安な方も、ホームページ下見したりすると情報が事前に見れて良いのと、スタッフも親切なのでおすすめです。

成人式のスーツを11月末に注文。人生の節目にはオーダースーツと思っていました。ネットの広告でよく見かけ評判も良く書いてありましたので頼みました。式が1月11日を伝えるとぎりぎりの納期とのことで1月8日着で発注。その後ネットの広告には確か12月になってからもまだ間に合うと出ていたので、焦ることもなかったと思っていました。そして着日になったが届かないため問い合わせてみると、会員登録したマイページには1月15日以降のおとどけとの勝手な表示… ありえない！
まるでハレノヒの再来かと思いました。問い合わせてみると注文が殺到し納期が遅れるとのこと。それならなんで受けたの？なんで何の連絡もないか？会社の体質を疑います。「何とかならないか、会社の信用問題だろ！社長に頼ませろ！」などと怒っていたら何とか1/10に届けますとのこと。（謝るのではなく、はじめから最善を尽くす誠意が欲しかった）おかげで写真撮影のスタジオのキャンセル。大量に広告出して発注取っていく手法。会社体質が根本的によくないのかもしれません。きっとネットの評判はサクラか広告なのでしょう。
採寸時のお店の対応は悪くはなかったこと、ギリで式の1日前に届くとのことなので星二つとしました。
成人式の晴れ着と分かっていて納期を気にしない、会社の体質、システムの改善をお願いします。

男性店員はガバガバマスクでノーマスク状態です。
展示されていた生地は安っぽく、裁縫も甘いです。
【追記】
オーダーシャツが届きましたが、ノンアイロンなのにシワシワでアイロン必須です。
また、生地は薄々で耐久性も悪そうです。
口コミで評価が良いので見直してみたら、口コミ数1の人ばっかり。しかも同時期に偏っている。何かしら口コミ割引キャンペーンやらサクラやらをやったんじゃないかと疑う。

チノパンを銀座店でオーダーしましたが、スラックスのサイズと比較し
大きな差がありました。池袋の店舗で届いた製品を再度採寸頂きましたが、股下 -3.5cm, パンツ幅は-0.5cmとのこと。コットンですから縮むことは予想してましたが許容範囲を超える物でしたので、この評価です。
コットン以外にポリウレタン混紡のものも縮みやすいとのことでしたので購入はお勧めしません。どの程度縮むのかも把握していないみたいでしたのでオーダーを検討されている方は他店での購入をオススメしたいです。結局チノパンはBARNSTORMERで購入しました。

接客も丁寧で相談もしやすいのでオーダー初心者には特にいいと思います。
生地も抱負に揃ってますが、出来上がりの見本が少ないので、もう少し実際の物があった方がイメージしやすいかなと思います。
縫製については、長男も何度も作っていますが、問題なくいつも綺麗な仕上がりです。
息子にとってはオーダー2店目でしたが、こちらの方が安心してお願いできたようです。
