★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有楽町のお店は格調高く重厚な雰囲気だが、こちらはオープンな雰囲気、入りやすい。女性スタッフが丁寧でテキパキとした接客でとても好感が持てる。ショコラティエの中でも最も好きなお店で駅からのアクセス、接客サービス共に申し分無い。
 The shops in Yurakucho have a dignified and profound atmosphere, but this one has an open atmosphere and is easy to enter. The female staff is polite and cheerful, and I like it very much. This is my favorite chocolatier shop, and the access from the station and the customer service are perfect.

オープニング限定品の「エクレール コンフィチュール ドゥ レ」と「イニシアシオン メゾン」を購入しました。
エクレール コンフィチュール ドゥ レは甘さ控えめで、バタークリームが入っていてすごく好みでした。
イニシアシオン メゾンは、トリュフ 2個、ガナッシュ サントメとブトン ドゥ カネル、マカロン1個引き替えクーポンのセットです。少しずつ試せるのがいいですね。
接客も良く、オープン直後にありがちなもたついた感じもなかったと思います。
Today is the second day of opening.
I bought the opening limited edition "Eclair Confiture Dure" and "Initiation Maison".
The Eclair Confiture Dure was modestly sweet and had butter cream in it, which I really liked.
The Initiative Maison is a set of 2 truffles, Ganache Sao Tome and Buton de Canel, and 1 Macaron redemption coupon. It would be nice to be able to try it little by little.
The customer service was good, and I don't think there was a feeling of fluttering that was common right after the opening.

Opened a store in Ikebukuro Seibu on 2021.12.3. Buy Eclair. The shoe is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. A luxurious eclair with a smooth cream and cacao flavor.
