カウンター越しにシェフの調理する姿を見ているのも心地よいし、出来立てをすぐに食べられるスタイルはまるで鮨屋のようでもあります。
料理と真剣に向き合うことのできる素敵な時間にいつも感謝です。
You can enjoy the best Italian food in the cozy shop where the bright light shines in through the exposed concrete wall and the large window on the south side.
It's nice to see the chef cooking over the counter, and the ready-to-eat style is like a sushi restaurant.
I am always grateful for the wonderful time that I have been able to seriously face cooking.

どの料理も素材の味を活かし、ソースや付け合わせとの相性も抜群。
デザートはプリン、ティラミス、パンナコッタなどオーソドックスな品揃えではありますが、どれも逸品なので是非全て食べていただきたい。

The menu is updated every season, so you won't get bored no matter how many times you go.
Each dish makes the best use of the taste of the ingredients and goes well with sauces and garnishes.
The desserts are orthodox, such as pudding, tiramisu, and panna cotta, but they are all excellent, so please try them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Italian restaurants in Tokyo. Bar-counter style, only 10 seating available. The owner chef doesn't talk much, but the dishes are creative, beautiful and of course tastes perfect. A La carte or "chef's choice" 5 course meal.
