★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7月の転居に先んじて5月末に光コラボの回線工事を依頼した。予定日予定時刻に当方は転居先で待っていたにも関わらず工事業者は現れず。結局、工事は１週間遅れで実施。同社カスタマーサービスによれば、その原因はNTT東日本側のシステム変更に伴うものとのこと。事実関係について、文書で回答を求めているが、２か月経っても何の対応も無し。会社としての顧客対応を疑わざるを得ない。

こちらはすぐに返信してるのに、エキサイトからの返事が遅すぎます。
エキサイトの仕事が遅いせいで、打診してきた工事日で工事出来なく、仕事に支障が出ました。
カスタマーサポートの対応も最悪です。
カスタマーサポートに電話が繋がるまで、1番目に待ったとしても20分は保留音、通信費用はこちら持ち。
折り返しの番号登録できるようにしてほしいです。
エキサイトが仕事遅いだけなのに、電話代をこちらが持つのはおかしい。
