K	Kila Kila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 製品に関して購入前に電話問い合わせた際にいくつか質問などしたのですが、こちらがわからない前提で話していてもなんかめんどくさそうな対応をとられて気分が悪くなりました。対応された方は若めの男性でした。 5年くらい前にmidiキーボードの初期不良でサポートを依頼した時はとてもしっかり対応していただきました。人によるのかな。追記別件で電話問い合わせしたけどやっぱ対応いいと思えない。こっちが話してるところ話かぶせてきて電話早く切ろうとしてなんか嫌な感じ。同じ男だった。追記違う方が久しぶりに電話に出て対応してくれたましたが上記の人とは全く正反対のようなとても丁寧な方でこちらは大変ありがたかったです。 When I made a phone call before purchasing the product, I asked some questions, but even if I talked on the premise that I didn't understand this, I felt sick because I was taken a troublesome response.
