胃炎の為ピロリ菌の検査をしようと麻酔できるところを探して予約しました。 電話予約をして、前日の食事や当日の水分摂取時間の説明を受けて予約時間の15分前に来るように言われて当日行ったら1時間半待ち。 しかも診察した医者には後日胃カメラするよう言われた。電話受付時との対応も説明内容も全然違うし不信感しかない。 結局同日に胃カメラする事になったものの、鼻と口どちらから入れるか3回も聞かれた。 ほかのお客様も多いから忙しいのはわかるけどあまりにも対応がひどい。 初めての胃カメラだから色々クリニック探して予約したのに本当に残念 もう二度と行きたくない

数年前から、毎月一回、定期通院しているが 昨年末から、どーも様子がおかしい。 外来・PCR・健康診断等を決して広くないフロアで対応し、いつ行っても混雑していた。 毎度、受付から会計まで、少なくとも二時間はかかり、酷いときは、それ以上。 この時期、極力、密は避けたいがスタンディングで待つ来院者も多数おり、あまりよろしくない状況だった。 ただ、診察は丁寧で、病状の経過により処方薬を見直ししてくれて、相談には親身なってくれるので、待ち時間の苦痛を我慢して通院していた。 そんな状態だったのか劇的に変わったのである。 冒頭に述べた、どーも様子がおかしいのである。 今回も、そこそこ混雑していたが、受付から10分でお呼びがかかり、スムーズすぎる診察へ。 診察後、5分でお会計。 まるで、別の病院に来ているような感覚。 先月を振り替えると、あの時もスムーズ過ぎて、驚いた記憶がよみがえってきた。 内情はわからないが、間違いなく、体勢やスタッフ、フローを大きく改善したんだろう。 3つの診察室がフル回転、受付スタッフの一新、予約システムのカスタマイズ、会計マシンのバージョンアップなどが見てわかる変化だ。 この混乱時期に、来院者目線で、問題に向き合って、大幅に改革することは、なかなかできない。見習うところばかりである。 院長ならびに医療従事者の方に 心より感謝申し上げます。

泌尿器科で受診。対応等に特に不満はないのですがシステムに対しては不満です。検査結果を電話受診にて確認出来るとのことでしたが、医師が対応するため何分も待たされる。待っている間にも嵩む電話代。 もちろん直接受診するよりはコロナなどの感染リスクや待ち時間も少ないんでしょうが、以前受診した婦人科では検査結果はネット上で確認出来ました。 すべての患者が検査結果を聞いてどうこうっいう訳ではないでしょうし症状がまだあって受診したい人だけが検査結果を用いて再受診したらいいと思います。私の場合は自分で再受診を電話希望したわけでもないのとその時点で再診料を取られ何だかなと不満に思いました。 システムを構築するのにはお金がかかると思いますがネット予約が可能なのであれば検査結果の表示も可能なのでは?と思ってしまいます。 忙しい医師の負担を減らす為にも導入してみては?と偉そうですが思っています

星5つの高評価の多さからこの病院を選んだのに、結果的にとても不快な思いをしました。Amazonのサクラレビューと同じ手法で、かなりあくどいSEO対策をしていると思います。同じような思いをする人がこれ以上増えないよう詳細に書き込みます。 まず当日の状況を整理すると、 ・15分刻みの予約システムを利用したが、診察で呼ばれるまでに1時間かかった。 ・頻尿の症状で来院したので、お小水の検査があると思いトイレを我慢していたのだが、受付後、一向に呼ばれないので30分経って受付に声をかけたが、紙コップを渡されたのはさらに15分後だった。 ・受付に3.4人スタッフがいるのだが、すみませんと声をかけても、誰ひとり顔を上げない。少々お待ちくださいも言われず、病院の受付でこんなふうに無視される経験はあまりないので戸惑う。 ・以前にも他の病院で診察していて、ある程度症状はわかっていると話したが、念のため採血、そして1週間頻尿日記をつけてから判断しましょうといわれ、お会計6000円、薬をもらいたくて行ったのだが処方箋は出なかった。 ・採血に20分、お会計に30分ほど待たされトータルで2時間10分かかる。大病院ならこれくらいの所要時間は覚悟していくが、町の小さな病院にきたつもりだったので、帰る頃にはくたくたに。顔を上げない受付のスタッフに自宅用に渡された検査用コップを返して、違う病院に行きますと告げる。 ・次の日、別の病院では予約時間通りに診察、 処方箋を出してもらい、症状緩和。お会計は1000円ちょっと。 ・あれから1ヶ月経ったけどやはり気持ちがおさまらずにgoogleを開いたところ、星5つの投稿の多さに疑念が払えず、少なくとも自分の実感とは違うことを投稿させていただきました。 その日の状況や時間帯で、たまたま運が悪かっただけかもしれません。また、いまはpcr検査を担われていて、忙しいのは仕方のないことだとも思います。 ただ、あまりに病院の体制が追いついてなく、なにより受付の機能不全には、疑問を感じざるを得ず、長文を書いてしまいました。 検査の提案自体は、慎重な判断だっただけかもしれませんが、後日行った別の病院では問診ですぐに薬をだしてくれ、翌日には症状が緩和したので、私にとってはお金と時間の無駄遣いでした。 そして改めて星5つのレビュー読んでみましたけど、これ、お金出して高評価買ってますよね、、、?この病院は長文で褒めているのに、ほかの投稿は短文で形だけのレビューが、、、読む気が失せてぜんぶ確認したわけではありませんが。。。病院専門のSEOコンサルの話は聞いたことはありますが、本当に使っている病院あるんだと今びっくりしています。だとしたらかなり悪どいですね、少なくとも自分は2度といかないし、これを読んだ方も本当に行かない方がいいですよ。 .... 追記:この書き込みをした翌朝、さっそく病院から院長名で返信がありましたが、他の方へと同じ定型文+ほんの少しの変更くらいの感じでした。対応の時間の速さから、やはりSEO対策に余念がないことだけはわかりました。またクチコミを評価の低い順からソートしてレビューを読むと、私と同じような経験をした方がたくさん書き込みしてますね、、、たまたま運が悪かったわけではないようです。必要のない検査でお金をとられた方もいました。私の場合もお小水検査はその場で結果がでていて、その検査で十分判断できるような症状なのに、不必要な採血でお金をとられた気がします。pcr検査の受け入れさえもお金目当てに思えてきました、笑 私の声、真摯に受け止めてくださいね、、、

体調不良が見られた息子と一緒にPCR検査を受けました。 小児科は無く、小学生未満への治療や処方は出来ないとの事。それを承知の上で検査のみで受診しましたが、問診の際、先生が「解熱剤はありますか?」などとお気遣い下さいました。 当日は患者さんがかなり多く、相当お忙しかったと思いますが、受付の方も看護師さんも終始、親切で丁寧なご対応。 後日、結果がなかなか出ず、何度もお電話する事になりましたが、毎度丁寧な対応。最終的には診療時間過ぎにお電話を頂戴する事になりましたが、その際も陰性であった事を一緒に喜んで下さり、最後まで好印象でした。
