テイクアウト・市販品の中で一番おいしいと思います。
餅もきな粉も甘さをギリギリまで抑えて、黒蜜は別売にして、わらび粉の風味をあっさり味わってもらおう、のような作り手の意志が伝わってきます。
自分は武蔵野生まれ育ちで、駒込の老舗すみ田さんを知りませんでしたが、実家に近いあざみ野店ができて以来、帰りに買うのが楽しみ。値段も手ごろです。
全国で2店舗のみ。吉祥寺にもお店来ないかな～といつも思います。
I like warabi mochi so I've been eating it for 50 years
I think it is the most delicious take-out / commercial product.
It conveys the maker's will to keep the sweetness of mochi and kinako to the limit, and to sell black honey separately so that you can enjoy the flavor of bracken starch.
I was born and raised in Musashino, and I didn't know Mr. Sumita, a long-established store in Komagome, but I'm looking forward to buying it on my way home since the Azamino store near my parents' house was opened. The price is also reasonable.
Only 2 stores nationwide. I always think that I will come to Kichijoji as well.
