★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全く見当違いのものを勧めたり、店員の知識がなくてびっくり。商品やシリーズのことを聞いても「なんていう名前ですか？」の一点張り。こちらも商品の名前をド忘れしたので、発売日を言ったりしてもピンと来ないのか、知らないフリなのか(単なる不親切)どちらにしても不快でしたので、すぐ帰りました。まぁメーカー勤務の人じゃないので仕方ないのか。でもメイク好きや美容好きの人からみたらもっと知識があった方がありがたい。
