書いてから三年以上経過していないので現時点で時効を迎えておらず、名誉棄損罪になる恐れもあると思います。
さらに「弁護士さん曰く」とあるので弁護士から受けた情報を晒したとなると
弁護士法違反になる恐れがるのではないでしょうか？
こちらの事務所のクライアントが行った行為はグレーゾーンを狙って誹謗中傷しているようにみえます。
質の悪いマナー違反のように思います。
危険な行為を行うクライアントに対してそのような晒し行為をやめるような指導は行わないのでしょうか？
