★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眺めも良く、料理も良かったですが、コーヒーサービスの仕方が、イマイチわかりづらかったですね。
 The view was good, the food was good, but the way of coffee service was not easy to understand.

レストランが結構美味しかったです。
ホテルの方も良い方がおおいです。
新幹線の駅の目の前です。
結構古いですが意外と綺麗です。
There is a shop where you can buy local souvenirs.
The restaurant was pretty good.
The hotel is also better.
It is right in front of the Shinkansen station.
It's quite old, but it's surprisingly beautiful.

お部屋は広さの割には少し高いかも・・。
でも、静かでいいです(^^)
窓からの田園風景も癒やされます。

The mist sauna in the large public bath is the most comfortable.
The room may be a little expensive for its size.
But it's quiet and nice (^^)
Rural scenery from the window is also healed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エポカ２１の最上階、Ｂ＆Ｊ K ｉｔｃｈｅｎへ訪問。くりこま高原駅に併設されている建物なのでホームに入ってくる新幹線を上から見られます。時間が合えば見られるかも。 志波姫ポークのステーキと、彩り野菜deはっとグラタンを頂きました。はっとグラタンの写真は赤みが強く、トマトソース系かと思う程ですが、実物は普通にホワイトソースのグラタンです。マカロニの代わりに「はっと」、キノコ、ネギ、ベーコン、チーズ、鶏肉等が入っています。美味しかったですよ。
Visited B & J Kitchen, the top floor of Epoca 21. Since it is a building attached to Kurikoma-Kogen Station, you can see the Shinkansen coming into the platform from above. May be seen if the time is correct. We had Shibahime pork steak and colorful vegetables de Hatto gratin. The photo of Hatto Gratin is strongly reddish and I think it's tomato sauce type, but the actual thing is usually white sauce gratin. Instead of macaroni, "Hatto", mushrooms, green onions, bacon, cheese, chicken, etc. are included. It was delicious.

手ごねハンバーグ(150g)￥970とライスを注文。ソースは5種類から選べます。オススメのソースをお伺いしたところ和風ソースが人気とのこと。
和風ソースでいただきましたが、特別感は皆無。
ちょっと焦げてるし。個人的にはこのようなちょっと焦げた硬めのハンバーグは嫌いじゃ無い。笑
だけどお店で出すようなハンバーグではないと感じました。
食後に注文したチョコレートドリンクは美味しかったです。
B & J kitchen. This restaurant is located in the observation room on the top floor of Epoca 21.
Order hamburger (150g) $ 970 and rice. Source can be selected from 5 types. When I asked about the recommended sauce, the Japanese style sauce was popular.
We had a Japanese style sauce, but nothing special.
I'm a little burnt. Personally, I don't hate such a slightly burnt hamburger. Lol
But I felt it wasn't a hamburger to put in a shop.
The chocolate drink ordered after the meal was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パスタフェアの激辛アラビアータ大盛り。ボリュームもすごいけど、味もなかなか。激辛というほどでもなく程よく辛い。
眺めも良いので天気の良い日が良いかも。
A large serving of spicy arabiata sauce at the pasta fair. The volume is great, but the taste is pretty good. It's not so spicy, it's moderately spicy.
The view is good, so it may be nice to have a nice day.

I used the observation restaurant.
I was able to eat while watching the beautiful sunset. Both the hamburger set and the Margherita pizza were delicious.
