一回買っただけなのに、必ず頭を下げられたり…。お客さん大事にしてる気がする。
挨拶なしのイオンの店員とは違いますね。
Certainly, the staff at this shop are kind.
Even though I bought it only once, I could always bow my head ... I feel like I'm cherishing the customers.
It's different from Aeon's clerk without greetings.

最後にメガネを購入したのが三年前だった為、視力検査だけでもお願いしたところ快く応じて頂きました。
私は新しくメガネを買うのではなく、現在使用している眼鏡に新しいレンズを入れたい旨を伝えた所、レンズの在庫があればすぐにできると仰っていたので、レンズ交換をお願いしました。
新しいレンズに交換するまでの間、コーヒーを頂き大変気分が良かったです。
店員さんひとり一人の対応も素晴らしかったのでまたお願いしたいです。

I didn't like the glasses I bought at another store and I consulted with this store.
Last time I bought my glasses 3 years ago, I asked for a visual acuity test alone and he kindly accepted.
When I told them that I would like to put a new lens in my current glasses instead of buying new ones, I said that I could do it immediately if I had a lens in stock, so I asked for a lens replacement.
I was very happy to have coffee until I replaced it with a new lens.
The response of each clerk was also wonderful, so I would like to ask again.
Lens exchange 5000 yen ~
