J	Julius Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ「道の駅エピアみかど」は国道438号線をまんのう町方面から徳島方面に向かって走り「美霞洞トンネル」を抜けると、直ぐに右手にあります。今回は温泉に入りましたが、入浴料金が600円と安く、中はメインの温泉の他にサウナ、水風呂、ジャグジー風呂もあり、外のテラスに出て身体を冷ます事も出来ます。サウナでガンガンに熱くなった身体を冷ましにテラスに出ましたが、椅子もあり、眼下は川が流れ、目の前は山の緑がいっぱいで大変気持ち良かったです。温泉から出たら、肌がツルツルになってました。また、施設内は無料の休憩所があり、広い和室の畳からは「い草」の良い匂いがしてきます。なので、温泉から出て暫くの間、他のお客も居なかった事もあり、大の字になって寛がせてもらいました。施設内はたくさんのお土産や地元の野菜、お米等か販売されており、見るだけでも楽しいです。特に、まんのう町のお米は美味しいので、5㎏のお米を買いました。それとチョッとした「お惣菜」と「おこわ」も買いました。駐車場からは下の渓谷に降りることも出来るので、渓谷を見ながら先程買った「お総菜」と「おこわ」を食べ至福の一時を過ごせました。これからの季節はここで涼しむ事が出来ます。お勧めの場所です。 Here, "Michi-no-Eki Epia Mikado" runs on Route 438 from Manno-cho toward Tokushima, and after passing through the "Mikado Tunnel", it is on your right. Many souvenirs, local vegetables, rice, etc. are sold in the facility, and it is fun just to look at them. Especially, the rice in Manno Town is delicious, so I bought 5kg of rice. K	Kagwa of Kid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ミカド渓谷も近くに位置していて訪れた際には寄りたい場所です。おすすめは天然温泉。もっとアピールしてもいいと思うくらい個人的には良い湯質です。湯船に入っているだけでツルツルになります。露天風呂がないのが残念ですが西側の渓谷の森林を観ながら湯船に浸かれます。休憩所も沢山あって充実していて久しぶりに仮眠もしてしまいました。レストランもドライブイン的な物とは別で結構本格的で価格もしますが美味しいです。施設自体も新しく綺麗です。ミカド渓谷も川の水も透明で綺麗なので素晴らしく是非立ち寄って欲しいポイントです。最高の森林浴にもなります。 The Mikado Valley is also nearby and is a place you'll want to visit when you visit.
