★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族で出掛けた帰り道、妻にホワイトデーにと思いみんなでお店に入りました。子供達もケーキを選ぶのが楽しみでワクワクしてましたが、初めて伺いましたが建物に騙されました。なんか・・・入った瞬間、お客に対する気持ちが全く足りないお店だと。
日曜夕方4時くらいだったと思います。ケーキがすでにショートケーキ4個、モンブラン1個、チョコケーキ1個、プリン数個・・・
入って失敗した感じ。もっと客の気持ちをわかってよねって感じ。どれにしようか迷いたいのに迷うほど選択肢がないのってスウィーツを欲してる者にとってこの上なく残念。店員は早く決めろよみたいな空気出してるような覇気のない表情で目さえ合わせない。ならば味はどうよ？
美味しくなかったです。ホントに美味しくなかったです。
食べられるレベルです。
売れ残る事を考えて、あえて数を作らないのがわかります。こんなにケーキ屋さんがある今のご時世、よっぽど不味くなければ笑顔や明るい雰囲気で楽しく買い物が出来れば美味しくなるんです。
この店暗いもん、空気が。こっちが気を使って苦笑いです。久しぶりに客として屈辱感を味わいました。
他の方のクチコミでは多分、星5は身内でしょ？
手前のケーキ屋さんにすればよかった。

This shop is dark, the air. This is a bitter smile with care. After a long time, I felt humiliated as a customer.

はじめてさくらのロールケーキ(抹茶のういろう＋あん粒＋生クリーム)：桜の花のブラマンジェをいただきました。春らしいさくらの香りが心地よい気持ちにさせてくれます。

生クリームは甘過ぎなくて美味しいです。

もう2度と行きません。
厨房からは男女の雑談と笑い声が売場まで聞こえてきます。コロナ禍で（確認はしていませんが）マスクをしているからとはいえ、食品を扱う空間なのだから雑談を控えたり小声にしたりできませんか？平日だからお客さんこなくて暇なのかな～って思いました。
レジは自動精算機で、接客の方よりレジのほうが明るく喋っていた感じ。
買ったものを袋に入れてくれてありがたかったですが、「袋にお入れします」の一言もありませんでした。目の前から商品が消えてちょっとビックリしちゃいました。
帰りは、接客の方がありがとうございましたと言ってくれましたが、厨房からは一切なかったです。やまびこ挨拶ってご存じないの？
すごく気分が悪かったです。
