Very nice place with great view of beach. Dolphin show is kids favourite. Underground huge parking. Jelly fish display is awesome !!! They have sea turtles , capybara, stingrays, sharks, spider crab any many more. Food options around the place are too good. The beach is just outside the aquarium. Must visit place. They are trying their best to keep social distance. One good thing is they don’t have online booking and the timing is also 10am to 6pm. If you are staying in Tokyo then getting Annual pass is good option, as you will be surely visiting it again.

Learned about the marine life and biodiversity of Sagami Bay at this modern aquarium. Enjoyed the rather large display of jellyfish which was set up really nice. Watched the penguins being fed in which they waited there turn as they were weighed and fed. They have green sea turtles and loggerheads to view. Also an activity center to learn about the seashore and the necessary actions to protect it.

I'd give 0 stars if possible... Enoshima Aquarium is one of the dolphinariums that withdrew from the JAZA (Japanese Association of Zoos and Aquariums) after the association banned it members from acquiring dolphins from Taiji's notorious dolphin drive hunts. Many of the facility's dolphins are wild capture from drive hunts in Taiji. Being that the captive dolphin trade is the primary economic driver for these drive hunts, Enoshima Aquarium is actively and knowing contributing to the enslavement and slaughter of wild dolphins. Shame on them. Highly recommend you stay far away.

The only reason for not giving a 5 start is because the dolphin tank is too small for those animals. They need more room. Also, not much English support for foreigners... I mean, the Olympics are coming to this area, but no one speaks anything else than Japanese... I see a problem. Besides that, the place is great! Being in such a busy area and having underground parking makes it perfect ? Get the annual pass if you know will return at least 2 x year.. it makes more sense. Otherwise, just do the single entrance. Was very surprised with the variety of animals they have inside. I honestly expected much less by just looking at the size of the place ... but even had sea turtles!! Giant ones. Food is available in case you didn’t plan for it... and for kids is very easy to move around. Beach access is right behind the place, so it’s a great plan to spent an entire day enjoying it this area.

A fantastic aquarium with a wide variety of exciting exhibits on hand as well as a dolphin show which I will have to catch the next time. The penguin and seal exhibit has you up close and personal while the penguins dive and swim around and with the seals you’ll get treated to a mini performance with the trainers. A unique exhibit featured the submersibles that explore the regions around us. The Special exhibit dedicated to the jellyfish as a means of therapy was truly unique and surprisingly relaxing. In true fashion this aquarium excels at branding for their cafe. With multiple variations on mellonpan in the shape of sea turtles, a few other sea animal shaped breads to choose from, and leopard seal themed ice cream that is actually sesame seed flavored. The gift store features your usual arrangement of sea animal stuff animals and other things to entice the little ones, the big break out is the beer selection of local craft brews that absolutely floored me. This is one place everyone in family can enjoy.

One the coolest aquariums in Honshu. They have over 15 exhibits including an outdoor dolphin show. It cost ¥2,500 to enter for an adult. Make sure you check the times for the dolphin shows because the seats fill up quickly. Some of our favorite exhibits include the deep sea tank, the jellyfish hall, the Sagami bay tank and the sea turtle beach. I have been here two times and I highly recommend you visit this aquarium when in Enoshima.

It was a wonderful experience. Especially in winter to stay indoors and have a good time with toddler. All the touch exhibits were not available due to corona. And there is a beautiful view of the sunset and beach.

One of the best aquariums in the local area. My family always have fun here. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has stopped majority of touch and feel exhibits, but nevertheless it is still a popular place even due the workday.
