J	J S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 燃料価格が高いのは場所を考えれば気になりません。給油以外のサービスも充実していて重宝します。ただ…スタッフによるかもしれませんが接客は酷いです。手洗い洗車をお願いしたくてあらかじめ電話したところ「予約はないので直接お越しください」と言われたため、すぐに伺い敷地内へ入ると、給油中のスタッフも奥で作業しているスタッフも、こちらに気付きながら特に何の案内もなし。空いている給油スペースに車をつけて、スタッフに声をかけると「そこに停めておいて中で待ってください」と。雑な案内だなぁと店内で待っていると、スタッフが入ってきて「水とワックスと撥水、どれにしますか？」とこれまた口頭で雑な案内。値段の話もなし。コーティングしてあるので水だけで、と伝えると、どれくらいかかるとも言わずに「じゃあお待ちください」とスタッフは外へ。家が近いため一回帰りたかったのですが、どれくらいかかるかも分からず、忙しそうにされると声もかけづらく、結局30分ほど店内で待たされました。(先約がいたので少し長かったのかと思います) スタッフの接遇面を改善していただけるよう切に願います。 The high fuel price doesn't bother me considering the location.
