★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何処のスーパーにも置いてない。わざと？ ここのお店で買うか、通販でしか買えないらしい。 結構遠いので、買いに行くのが大変。だけど美味しい。 もっと気軽に買えるようにしてほしいです。
 I don't put it in any supermarket. On purpose? It seems that you can only buy it at this shop or by mail order. It's quite far, so it's hard to go shopping. But it's delicious. I want you to be able to buy it more easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪の名店で修行を積み、地元の栃木でうどん屋を開業する為、立ち寄った。香川県でも、かなりの店舗を訪ねたが、ここで作ってもらった出汁が一番美味かった。 また、社長の知識に脱帽だ。社長に会わずにうどん屋を始めていたらとゾっとした。
I stopped by to practice at a well-known store in Osaka and open a udon restaurant in Tochigi. I visited quite a few stores in Kagawa Prefecture, and the soup stock made here was the most delicious. Also, take off the knowledge of the president. I was horrified if I started a udon restaurant without meeting the president.

こちらはみりん多めで料理向きとか、そんなふうにね。

事務所みたいなところに入ってすぐに陳列棚があって、どれにしようか迷った。
お店では売ってないから、迷うのだけど、1Lペットボトル醤油でなかなか買うのに勇気がいった。
しかし、買って帰った焦がし天然かけ醤油で冷奴食べたらめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
卵かけご飯がめちゃくちゃおいしく大変身する。
I went to buy in the afternoon on weekdays because it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Immediately after entering the office-like place, there was a display shelf and I was at a loss what to do.
I don't sell it at the store, so I'm lost, but I had the courage to buy 1L plastic bottle soy sauce.
However, it was insanely delicious when I ate cold soup with burnt natural soy sauce.
The egg over rice is really delicious
