★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和2年の確定申告1年分を委任しましたが日本語が納期は遅れ、記帳もミスだらけ、売上は3割以上合いませんでした。それを指摘すると謝罪もなくただ修正したものをデータで送ってこられました。
今回令和3年の確定申告の準備をしていたところ、また間違った預金残高の記載を発見しました。
一つも信用できないのでちゃんとした税理士事務所にお願いするべきです。
I delegated one year's tax return for two years of Reiwa, but the delivery date was delayed in Japanese, there were many mistakes in bookkeeping, and sales did not match more than 30%. When I pointed out that, I just sent the corrected version as data without apology.
While preparing for the final tax return for the third year of Reiwa, I found an incorrect deposit balance statement.
I can't trust any of them, so I should ask a proper tax accountant office.

ほとんどはLINEでのやりとりですが、質問に対してレスポンスが早く安心できました。
ただ、zoomでの話し合いは一度だけでしたので計上漏れ（私の申告漏れ）があり、意思疎通の面では少し不安もあるので⭐︎４です。
It was my first tax return, but I asked for it by throwing it almost completely, and I was able to finish it safely.
Most of the exchanges are on LINE, but I was relieved that the response to the question was quick.
However, since the discussion at zoom was only once, there was an omission of accounting (my omission of declaration), and I am a little worried about communication, so it is ⭐︎4.

After EMZ provided me the result, I asked if they can give me some briefing so I understand my own tax. I am not even looking for any tax deduction, you know, just regular explaining of what kind of tax I need to pay, even for 30sec or 1min. They refused. They said it is not their problem to explain anything to the client. I am surprised by their rudeness and attitude. Especially I talked to the boss Mr. Masashi Sakuma. He refused to negotiate.
I am an architect myself. It is like when I provide a floor plan drawing and say to my client, "take this, now shut up and don't ask question, just do it!"
They even say do what you want on the google rating, they are not afraid, so I am giving them a 1 star.
Stay away from this black company.
The inside people also told me that they have been receiving many similar complains. Well, I guess they do not seems to care about their own business, so lets make this company close down!
