Chigusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチを12時から営業しているエル・バレンシアーノに行ってきました。5分前に到着するも7人の行列ができていました。以前からグルメな知り合いに美味しいと聞いていた有名店です。開店時間になり順番に席に案内されました。グループは奥の座席に、僕はひとりなので、カウンターに案内されて、オーダーを待ちます。決めたのはハンバーグステーキランチ税込930円です。この時点で仔羊の日替わりランチは品切れでしたが、問題ありません。パンかライスが選べて、ライスは無料で大盛りにできるとのことで、大盛りをお願いしました。オーダーしてから、ペタペタとハンバーグをこねる音が聞こえてきました。待つ事5分くらいで、オニオンスープとグリーンサラダが提供されました。オニオンスープにはオニオンとパンがたっぷり入っていて熱々をいただくと、甘みと旨みたっぷりでとても美味しいです。チーズも入っているのでこの一品の満足度も高いです。さらに5分くらいして、山盛りのライスとラグビーボールのように球体に近い高さのあるハンバーグステーキプレートが提供されました。他にザワークラウトとマッシュポテトが付け合わさっていました。ハンバーグにはデミグラスソース、生クリーム、小さなカットトマトがトッピングされたフレッシュなオリジナルのデミトマトソースがたっぷりとかかってます。さて実食です。ナイフとフォークでカットして、ソースをミックスしていただきます。肉々しくて期待を上回る美味しさでした。マッシュポテトやザワークラウトの酸味も心地よい仕上げでした。美味しいハンバーグステーキランチをご馳走さまでした。 I went to El Balenciano, which is open for lunch on weekdays from 12:00.
