c	chopper man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年4月5日～5月7日プレーオープン。 5/10 グランドオープン。プレーオープン期間に見学に行きました。「ASICS Conditioning Station」として名称・運営が変更になりました。ここの施設は以前、医療財団が運営した「健康ライフプラザ」（2018/9 閉館）です。市の方針と運営主体が代わり「asics」が運営することになったようです。そして、利用形態の変更を見ると65歳以上の高齢者をターゲットにした運動施設になったように思います。時間帯利用で【65歳以上】と【それ以下】に完全に分かれた利用形態になるようです。 65歳以上の方はすべの営業時間を利用できるが 64歳以下は【平日は16時～】【土日祝のみフルタイム】しか利用できないようです。 65歳に満たない方は非常に使いにくい施設となりました。 2019 4月リニューアルオープンよりトレーニングマシーンは全て新しいものに。フリーウェイトエリアは・ダンベルは固定で20kg 迄・パワーラック 1台（BULL）・スミス 1台・インクラインベンチ 1台・その他バーベル 2～3本以前、「健康プラザ」でフリーウェイトエリアを使用していた人はベンチプレス1台分が減っているので使いにくくなりました。私は現役世代で以前より使いにくい施設となり☆1の低評価とします。 Play open from April 5, 2019 to May 7, 2019. 5/10 Grand opening.
