★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車を本気で買い替えようと寄りましたが、身なりが安っぽく見られたのか、パンフレットを渡されて大まかな金額を教えられ、後は考えて下さいとの事。見た目で判断されようですがトヨタカローラ店ではちゃんと見積りしてくれたので購入しましたよ。二度と行かない店です！

担当の方がいい人で親身に話しを聞いてくれます
保険やキントの話なんかもここで出来るので
手間が省けるのが助かります
ただ駅近で人気なだけに、整備などの予約が休日は取りづらい。

来店時の対応、メンテナンスに対する丁寧な説明、担当者との会話も楽しく長いお付き合いができればいいなぁ！と思います。
来店されてるお子様も楽しそうです！

営業担当の代わりかなんか知らないが、スーツ着てた奴の対応はダメ。
LINEの友達追加で500円引きになる案内もなければ、前回の点検の予習もしてない。
不要な説明やニーズに合わない作業を提案してくる。それでこちらが先回りしていらない、と言ったら、結局、案の定、予測した結論のとおり。人の話はきちんと聞こうね。
あと、ゴミを捨てといてほしいと頼んでたのに、点検後に確認したら捨ててなかった…
やる気ありますか？
少しは受付の女性の方の爪の垢でも煎じて飲んだ方が良いのでは？??
