ネ	ネルス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大人2人、3780円の食べ放題コースで利用しました。まずはじめに、もつ鍋が頼んでもいないのにきました。それがシステムらしいですが、ホットペッパーのコース説明に書かれておらずびっくりしました。食べ終わってから食べ放題のオーダー開始ですが、料理がくるのがおそい。10分以上はかかってます。コースのラストオーダーが1時間30分と短いのにタイムロスも甚だしい。店員の態度も最悪でした。ラストオーダー時は料理の注文できないルールですが、料理が全然来ないことを行って料理持ってくるよう言いましたが、ふて腐れた対応でイライラしました。もう、絶対行かないです。 I used it for an all-you-can-eat course of 3780 yen for 2 adults. じ	じゃすみん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度最悪でした。店の入り口付近で客引きのようなことをしている方は笑顔も素敵で対応も良かったです。しかし、店内にいる従業員の人たちはめんどくさそうに仕事しているのが伝わってくるような接客でした。仕事の関係でラストオーダーまであまり時間のない時に入店しました。料理も高いと感じましたし、味もファミレスの方が美味しいです。お会計は席で済ませるのですが、何度呼び鈴を鳴らしてもスタッフ同士がベチャベチャと話していて全く来てもらえませんでした。呼び鈴が鳴っているのに私用の話を止めようとしない態度にすごく腹が立ちました。何度も押してやっと来てくれたと思えば、はぶてたような感じで、早く帰れと言われているように感じるほど酷かったです。教育が全くできていませんね。気持ちよくご飯を食べたいという方は利用しない方がいいと思います。お金と時間の無駄でした。二度と行きません。 The customer service attitude was the worst.
