R	Ryo Iwa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生姜が効いて具材の臭みなくサッパリ頂ける、かつ出汁の旨味と具材の甘みが優しく食べごたえのある酒のおつまみ、それが『姫路おでん』です? もちろんこの味はココ姫路でしか味わえません。そしてとても美味しい。関西の独特の甘みがあるおでんでも無く、関東の醤油が効いた塩っぱさでも無く、かと言って名古屋の味噌おでんのようなコッテリさも無い。この独特なバランスの旨味が、また食べたいと思わせる姫路おでんならではなのです。そして更にこのお店のメイン(おすすめ)とされるホルモン系の料理の数々、これがまた痺れる。必ず一品は注文すると良いでしょう。その他地元の特産をふんだんに利用した新鮮な食材は、まさに地産地消。とても良い。駅からもほど近く、比較的わかりやすい立地にあるお店なのでアクセスも良好。総合的にかなりレペルの高いお店だと言えるのでは無いでしょうか。ご馳走様でした。 "Himeji Oden" is a snack of sake that has a good effect of ginger and can be slick without the smell of ingredients, and the taste of the bonito soup and the sweetness of the ingredients are gentle and delicious.
