患者さんも減り続けてるのは一重に先生や事務のひとの人間性でしょうね

行ったらどちらかしか出来ない選べと言われる
何故？と聞いたらコロナ対策でどちらかにしている。時間をかけず短時間で帰ってもらってる
今日はどちらかで改めてまた来て下さい
は？眼底検査で小一時間、コンタクト検査で10分
誤差やろ？しかも2回来る方が接触人数が多くなり本末転倒じゃないか？
因みに私が帰る時に患者さんは0人

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方も書かれてますが、受付の方が非常に感じ悪いです。何も分からず来ている人間にまともに説明もせずに○○ですので、だの、ここで待つな、だの、座るな、だの。言い方が刺々しくワクチンは相手にしたくないという感じ。
中の方はまともですし、せっかくワクチンを用意していただいたので受付の1人のためにこんなこと言いたくないのですが。
あまりにも不愉快で、引っ越してきたばかりなので眼科も探していましたが2度と使いたくありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型コロナウイルスワクチンが早く予約・接種できてよかったです。市の集団接種を待っていたら遅くなりそうだったので、ここで打ってもらえてとても助かりました。（市内在住、接種券ありだと年齢問わずオンライン予約可能です。）
接種時の椅子は背もたれがあって床に固定された、歯科のような形のものです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワクチン接種で伺いましたが、貼り紙に書いていた"時間になったら呼ぶ"というのが受付開始自体がなのか、受付を済ませた後に時間になったら順次呼ぶのか分からなかったので受付されてた方に聞くと（予約メールに10分前から受付・時間厳守と書いていて貼り紙と矛盾）、高圧的に「貼り紙ちゃんと読んで」としか案内されませんでした。
毎日何度も同じこと聞かれて辟易してるのかもしれませんが、こちらは初めてなのでシステムわかりませんし、接種の患者は"客"じゃないからみたいな雰囲気が出てて少し嫌な気持ちになりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼科で今まで良い気分で帰ったことがなかったのですが、はじめて嫌な気持ちなく帰れました。
眼科医がとても丁寧でわかりやすく説明してくださいますし、こちらが安心できるように施術内容もしっかりと，理解するまで噛み砕いて話していただけました。
受付の方は人によりますが、たまに愛想悪いなと思うこともありますが、気になるような腹が立つ、許せないなんてことはないですし、どちらかというと患者の問題かなと思います。
完全予約診療制でウェブから予約できるので、事前予約必須ですので、お気をつけください。一度だけ、そんなの知らない！と怒っている人がいましたが、しっかり記述されてます。
あと診療開始の5〜10分前まで入室して待機はできないです。コロナだから待機人数減らすためらしいです。周りに休めるとこないので、駅構内でぶらぶらしてた方が良いです、夏場に何回か忘れて行って暑くて辛かったので、みなさんお気をつけください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長はとにかく大事な説明をしない。不都合を感じあとで色々調べて理解し、それを元に聞いてはじめて説明する感じなので、簡単な治療以外での診察はおすすめできない。患者の事を考えないか、無頓着な人間だと感じた。
あと、院長が休みの日の先生はひどいので絶対避けるべき!新人医師なのか術後の診察できているのに今日はどうされましたかと聞かれたり、臨時でよくわからないので後日院長の時に来てくださいなど当たり障りのない目薬を出されて終わり時間と金の無駄。
唯一のメリットは駅そば、予約とりやすいのみ。それにはちゃんと理由があるクリニックです。

初めてのコンタクトで、私も子供も不安だったのですが、検査の方が優しくてとても良かったです。
つけたり外したりの練習をするときも、失敗しても嫌な顔せず穏やかにコツを教えて頂いて子供も安心したようです。
ネットでの予約制なので便利です。
また定期検査で伺うと思います。

HPの予約ページには以下のように書かれていますが、これでは伝わりません。返信は時間前に来るお前がいけないと回答で思いが伝わらなく残念に思いました。
当院は予約制です。来院時はマスクの着用、混雑防止のため予約時間での来院をお願いします。
