先生も良い方で迅速丁寧な対応にとても好感を持てました♪

簡単な切開でしたが「子供だから危ないので」とちゃんと説明があった上で毛布にくるんでの処置になり、看護師さん数名と私で押さえてました。
それにも拘わらず、うちの子供は恐怖のあまり顔の毛細血管がプチプチ切れる程泣き叫び、院内にその声は轟き渡り大変なご迷惑をおかけしましたが、白髪頭でメガネの院長先生は優しく「子供だからしょうがないよ」と嫌な顔ひとつしない神対応をして下さいました。後光が見えるかと思いました…
その後も何度かお世話になりました。ここで嫌な思いはした事がありません。眼科だからお年寄りも多いけど、若い人も結構来ます。それだけ地域の人に信頼されていると思います。

平日休日問わず客がとても多く1、2時間ほど待つことがあるので注意。
院内は広くて綺麗な所でした。
The teacher gave me a kind and polite examination.
Please note that there are so many customers on weekdays and holidays that you may have to wait for an hour or two.
The hospital was large and beautiful.

綱島駅からほんの少し離れた(といっても徒歩数分)立地で、駅前の喧騒はない鶴見川側の静かなところにあります。
こちらの眼科を探す際に重要視した点は2つ、バリアフリー等設備面、2つめは小児を診れそうな先生、です。
待合室にはおもちゃ、絵本、端にベビーベッド、オムツ用ゴミBOXがあります。手洗い場も綺麗でした。
診察は予約なしだったため平日15時半の受付後1時間ちょっと待ちました。予約患者さんは結構早めに検査診察が済んでいる様子でした。
病状の説明は分かりやすく、薬の使用法や目ヤニの掃除の仕方などアドバイスを親切にしてくれました。
保育園に提出する用紙を預かってくれた受付スタッフ、診察補助のスタッフの感じの良さも印象的。
クリニックは院長の人柄がよく表れてるなと、よく思います。
I had a 9 month daughter visit.
The location is just a short distance from Tsunashima Station (but just a few minutes walk) and there is no noise in front of the station in a quiet area on the Tsurumi River side.
When I looked for this ophthalmology, I focused on two things, such as equipment for barrier-free, and the second, a teacher who could see a child.
The waiting room has toys, picture books, baby beds at the end and trash bins for diapers. The washroom was also beautiful.
Because I had no appointment for medical examination, I waited for 1 hour a little after reception desk at 15:30 on weekdays. The appointment patient seemed to have finished the examination examination quite early.
The explanation of the medical condition was easy to understand and kindly advised the usage of medicine and how to clean eyes and eyes.
The staff at the reception desk who gave me the forms to be sent to the nursery school and the staff at the medical examination assistance are also impressive.
I think that the clinic does not show the character of the director well.

しかし、受付の方含め、看護師さんや先生全てのスタッフの方々待っている患者さんに対する対応などとても丁寧で親切です。
人が多くてもここに通う方が多いのが納得です。
先生がとても腰が低く優しく、そのお人柄が病院全体の雰囲気を作っているのかなと感じます。
お子様が待ち時間も落ち着いて待てるようなおもちゃやテーブルがあったりと、思いやりを感じます。
私は看護師ですが、こんな雰囲気の職場で働きたいなと思えるクリニックです。

子供が多い印象。
先生の雰囲気が良いからだと思いますが、
診断に関しては正直よくわかりません。
ドライアイで通っていますが、毎回行くたびに視力検査する意味がわからない。
視力なんてひと月で変化あるものでもないのに、時間とお金がかかるだけなので、
口コミの高評価はあくまで目安として参考にすべきだと思いました。
