竈	竈門炭次郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごいお店です。グーバイク掲載商品の購入をしたくこのお店を利用しようとしたところ、定休日で翌朝の10時の営業開始を待ち連絡ををしました。ところが、10時より前に電話があったのでたまたま出て該当車両を売ってしまったとの事。営業時間守って電話した私が買えず、営業時間を守らず電話した人が買えた。それはフェアではないと伝えたところ、営業の方は数字が欲しかったんで。と。数字が欲しいならもっとお金出すんでその方キャンセルして私に売れるんですか？数字出ますよ？と言ったらそれはできません。と。言ってる事がおかいしですよ。グーバイクから前日に購入したい意思を表記したメールを送信しているにも関わらず、メール確認前に営業時間前に出た電話で販売。この行為は購入意欲がある方に失礼に値すると思います。全国ネットで掲載している商品を様々なケースを想像せずに販売した結果です。社長がそういった考え方と言っていたので、この会社は数字が取れれば人としての道理が通らない店です。浅はかな社長の指導のもとで働き浅はかな対応を仕込まれた未熟な社員ども。社長含め接客業の精神から叩き直した方がいいと思います。 It's a great shop. マ	マッケンゼン“ポップン”カルロス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三河唯一のBMWバイクディーラー。まだ数回しか世話になっていないが、対応は良かったです。常時、試乗車も用意してあるようで、頼りにしたいと思います。＜21.10.16追記＞以下の事情により減点しました。他店で購入したバイクの１年点検を電話で依頼。午前中の時点では２時間程度で点検可能、とのことで点検日時を決めた。昼ぐらいに着信があったので、コールバックすると、「時間的に余裕が欲しいので、2日間預からせて欲しい」とのこと。代車は出してくれるとのことだったので了解した。夕方、またもや着信アリ。再びコールバックすると、「初めてのお客さんなので、状態の確認を含め、預かり期間は1週間にさせてもらいたい。」と、再変更要求。電話の度に条件が悪くなる、また、何で定期点検で1週間も必要なのかの説明もなかったため、予約を取り消すこととした。自分の付き合ってきたバイク屋では定期点検で預かり、ということ自体なかった。聞くところでは、一見さんに対しては定期点検で1週間の預かり、というのは特別珍しいことではないようだが、１度ならずも2度までも条件の変更をしてくる姿勢に対し、不信感を抱くことになった。 Mikawa's only BMW motorcycle dealer.
