何回か来店させて頂いた時はすごい良くして頂きました。 しかし、「他店のバロンでいい車体があった」と言ったら態度が変わりました。 同じ系列でバイク買うのにダメなんですね、売り上げとか気にしてるんでしょうか。 まあ、ここにお願いしなくて良かったと思います!!

新しいバイクを買うため東海圏内のバイク屋を周ったがもっとも質が悪い。レッドバロンは評判が悪いがここは特におかしい 特に店員の態度が最悪。店のバイクについて質問したら嫌々そうに答えた挙句いま私が乗ってるバイクの 下取りをしたいとあれこれ逆質問の連発 相手の態度にかなり嫌悪感があったが話を聴いたあと勝手にああそれは大して値段つかないっすねぇーと一言。 いやいやこんな店に売るなんて言ってないから一言も…どんだけ無礼なんだ 他のバロンでバイクを買ったのだが全店で受けられるというチェーンやタイヤのメンテも嫌々そうに断ってくるし 企業倫理的に問題があるレベル(補償内修理を断られたという口コミも見た) 店長もアドバイザーも態度が最悪で社会人としても大人としてもヤバイですよ。 本社から指導が入らないのだろうか? 本社も駄目なのだろうか…

お世話になっている店ですが、整備技術は難ありです。 特にチェーンの調整が下手なのが常連の間で知られていて、車検や点検で預けた愛車が戻ってきたら自分でチェーンを調整し直すのがルーティーンになっていました(いつも張りが甘いので減速時にチェーンがスライダーかスイングアームに接触して異音が出ます。元自転車屋でアルバイトしていた自分の方が上手く調整できるレベルです) 店員の方は良い人達なのですが、車検や整備は上郷店にお願いした方が良いと思います(今は車検を上郷店にお願いしていますが、少なくともチェーン調整は豊田店より上手いです)

2021年7月2日(金)に行きました。バイクの1年点検で。 オイルとオイルフィルターの交換も頼んだのですが、まだ走行距離が少ないのでオイルフィルターはよいのでは?、と提案してくれました。 クラッチレバーの高さも直してもらい、握りやすくなりました。 親切で良心的な店だと思います。

購入して半年でバッテリーがダメになりました。中古車でしたが引き渡しで新品にしましたと言われましたが、譲り渡し車検とかで値段も上がってましたがホントにちゃんとしてるのでしょうか? オイルも使わないと返金されると言ってましたがホントでしょうか?信用出来ません。 最初のオイル交換時にタイヤの空気が減っているから入れておきますねと言われて優しいじゃんと思ったら一年後タイヤの側面に無数のひび割れ。譲り渡し車検でタイヤも新品にしておきましたと言われたがどう言ったタイヤを掴まされたのか?そりゃ空気圧も下がるわね。ここのお店がそうなの?
