★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15分と言われたので店内で待つと、30分経っても呼ばれず。確認したところ、「まだかかります。外出しますか？」と言われ、はぁ？となりました。あと15分はかかるって…ありえないです。
受付のショートカットの若めの女性ですが、謝罪もなく非常に印象が悪かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の17時くらいに薬をもらいに行ったら、40分から50分かかるとのことだったので、一旦帰ることにした。19時近くに再度行ったら、今準備しているのであと10分かかるとのこと。「え？だって2時間前に来たんですよ？準備できていないのはおかしくないですか？」といったら、「今お客さんが戻ってきたので」とか意味不明な説明をしてきた。見たところ、薬剤師は若い女性が4名もいるのでそんなに時間がかかるとは思えないのですが？
そもそも薬剤師って何をする職業なんだろうか。医者が処方した薬を探しだして袋にいれてお客さんに渡すだけではないだろうか？
薬を受けとるときに「体調はいかがですか？」とか「眠くなったりしないですか？」など聞いてくるがそれは必要なんですかね？さっき、お医者さんとさんざん話してきたんですがね。
