I understand the aisles are narrow but this is the first time I was almost kicked out of a store and I've been to more than dozen Kaldi's all over Japan and have never been rejected for the use of a stroller. The staff told me the strollers were not allowed and since I'd already lined up to pay I asked her to let me pay but she rolled her eyes on that and left. What was I supposed to be doing?! Leave my kid and things outside or just stop shopping!?! What should people with wheelchairs do?!
