お役所のイメージを一新するかの如く、親切丁寧な対応に好感を持ちました。
何より仕事が早い！
施設も綺麗だしカフェまであります(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工芸室を利用したが非常に使いにくく、管理のおばさんの対応が酷い。終了時間前に何度も早く終わる様に催促しにきたりとにかく意地が悪く邪魔をしてくる。また手続きの際に何か気になる点などがあると奥であからさまにヒソヒソ話をしていたりする。区民の為の施設なのに管理している立場から非常に上から目線で我が物顔である。仕事ができない年配の人ばかりなので学生のバイトでも入れてほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの中にあるフィーカフィーカ（カフェ）。三度目の来訪でやっと本日お茶をすることがでしました。
軽食はまだ再開していないのでコーヒーとパウンドケーキをいただきました。
障がいのある方のお仕事場になっているのですが、とても丁寧な対応です。
ラムレーズンのパウンドケーキもとても美味しくいただきました。
軽食が再開したら、うかがいたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設自体はもうそろそろ老朽化が始まるかな。自分が小学生の頃から利用していたが、役所のハブ機能(区民事務所)ができたのはけっこう後。必要な申請等で、アクセスが悪い区内を遠出しなくて済むのはありがたいが、正直に言って区民事務所としての質は悪いと思う。まず窓口にいる人の人間性が低い。より具体的に書くと当たり外れがある。何回か利用しているが、窓口で言い合いをしているのを目撃したことがあるし、自分の時はヒステリックな感じの還暦ぐらい女性に嫌がらせのマシンガントークを浴びせかけられた。利用する時は、相応の覚悟を持つことをおすすめする。トラブル率高め。
点数を付けるのならば、施設自体は星4、区民事務所は最低の星0で。

ただ、係の人のせいではないのですが、あまりにもシステムがアナログです。
出生届の提出についても名前辞典から使用可能からどうかを確認するにはじまり、手続きに1時間かかります。（総時間は2時間くらい）
民間会社の諸手続はＤＸの活用やオンラインですぐに終わるのが一般なのでギャップを感じました。
（銀行では待たされるイメージがありますが、それがかわいく見えるレベルです）
この辺はボチボチ改善していただきたいですね。
