★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 永福稲荷神社（えいふくいなりじんじゃ）は、1530年（享禄3年）に永福寺の開山秀天和尚が、永福寺境内の鎮守として創建しました。
御祭神は、京都伏見稲荷大社の分霊で「お稲荷さん」として広く信仰されている穀物・食物の女神である宇迦之御魂命（うかのみたまのみこと）です。
1878年（明治11年）に町全体を守るように現在の西向きに建て直されたそうです。
節分祭や宮神輿は地元の小学生が参加し、日本の伝統文化を伝える素晴らしい神社です。
 Eifuku Inari Shrine was founded in 1530 (Kyoroku 3) by Hideten Kazuhisa Kaisan of Eifuku Temple as a guardian of the precincts of Eifuku Temple.
The deity is Ukanomitama Mikoto, the goddess of grain and food that is widely worshiped as "Inari-san" in the spirit of Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine in Kyoto.
In 1878 (Meiji 11), it was rebuilt facing west to protect the entire town.
Setsubun Festival and Miyajin Mikoshi are wonderful shrines where local elementary school students participate and convey traditional Japanese culture.

神社の境内はとてもきれいに手入れされています。

隣接する永福寺を開山した秀天慶実和尚が伊勢神宮外宮より豊受大神を永福寺の鎮守社として勧請し創建したという。
その後神仏分離により独立した。
境内には白山・天王・白鳥社、そして天神社が鎮座している。
境外末社として御嶽神社が近くに鎮座しており、合わせて参拝をしましょう。

昔は御朱印の対応をしていたが、御朱印対応なしという旨の張り紙があり、現在ではやっていない様子。

参道の階段を登って鳥居をくぐり、狛犬ではなくお狐様がいて、本殿へ。
階段下から見える本殿が印象的でした。また、お狐様がとてもいい表情で癒やされます。
