★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連絡をしても担当者不在と折返しの連絡もありません。何度もこちらから連絡しなければなりません。住居に関することで問い合わせしてもマニュアルを読む、または担当者がいないと言われます。正直何を管理しているのかわかりません。管理費はなんの為に支払っているのでしょうか。退去日に関しても２ヶ月以上、立ち会いの日程調節の連絡の折り返しすらありませんでした。
