売却価格も当初の予想、希望通りで売却出来ました。

購入後、エイトさんの口コミを初めて見たのですが、確かに皆さんコメントに書かれているように、親身になってくださいましたし、信頼できました。
しかし、私が1番感じたのは、兎に角、連絡の手段やタイミングがばっちりな方でした。
どっかで行動見てます？って言ったこともあります。
おそらく、長年の経験で、購入者のスケジュール感や心理的な部分をよく把握されてるのでしょう。
それと、押し付けがましくない、フラットと言いますか、率直な意見をくださる方でした。
そう言う姿勢なども影響し、最終的にこの人にお任せしようと思ったのでしょう。
