こちらの悩みを聞き、複数のご提案を頂けたお陰でとても満足の行く買い物が出来ました。
色々な店員さんがいるので、当たり次第なところがあるが次回また家電を買う際は同じ店員さんにお願いしたい。

さて、スーパーロボットのようなかっちょいい御名前のエディオン、広島を代表するこの家電量販店の創立は1946年、久保兄弟電機商会として始まったそうな。1947年、第一産業株式会社と社名変更、その後、昭和の時代アフターサービスのダイイチとして知られた。この伝統は現在のエディオンでも続き、商品購入後の面倒見がなかなかよいとの評判である。そんでもって、1986年に株式会社ダイイチと社名変更。1997年、株式会社デオデオとなった。デオデオというお名前は愛嬌があり言いやすいので、いまだについ、デオデオといってしまう御仁も多いのでは中廊下。
さらに、 株式会社エイデンと共同出資で株式会社エディオン誕生。家電量販店が合併、吸収を繰り返して統合化されていったのが、平成時代のトレンドでありました。まさに弱肉強食、焼肉定食の感でございましたね。この強烈な淘汰の末、現在、ヤマダ電機、ビックカメラにつづいてエディオンは家電業界第3位なんじゃそうな。すごいね。これからもがんばってや。

電話をして返品か交換はできるか確認すると最初の取り継ぎの方は謝罪をしてくれたが、売場担当者は一言も無し。返品や交換に関しても要領を得ない回答なので直接訪問して不良なのを確認してもらった。
この型番のイヤホンは不良が多いのか聞いてみると聞いたことが無いと言われるも某ネットショッピングの口コミでは一定数不良があることが書いてある。
信用が出来なくなったため交換ではなく返品にして何も買わずに帰宅。その後ネットで購入しました。
いいことばかりではなく、デメリットも正直に伝えられなければダメだと思います。
