品揃えはあるんでしょうけど、商品の並べ方にメリハリがなくて分かりにくく、店員さんも少なくて困ってても声が掛けにくい雰囲気でした。何回も行ってて、場所も判るんだったら構わないかもしれませんが、めったに行かない人がしたら分かりにくいし聞きにくい感じがするのが残念でした。

お風呂場の電球を購入して、その夜に取付したが不良品だっため翌日また店頭へ行き、交換対応をしてもらった。しかし、淡々とした対応でお詫びの一言二言ほしかった。暗い中お風呂に入り、また店頭へ足を運ぶため時間をさいているわけですから。 何年も前には、ドライヤー購入時、在庫の新品がありますと言われ、それなら購入しますと言ったら、やっぱり在庫がなく、現品になり取扱説明書がなく、店員から「取扱説明書いりますか?」という言われ方をした。普通は後日取扱説明書だけご郵送させていただいていいかという姿勢で話すべきだと思った。その上でいらないと言われれば不要だと思うが。
