★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度は良いのですけども、買い物したモノが取り扱い説明書には使えるとなっていたのに実際は使えず追加で買う事となりましたよ
 The customer service attitude is good, but the items I bought were supposed to be usable in the instruction manual, but I couldn't actually use them and decided to buy more.

普段こんな投稿しませんが、書かずには怒りも治まらず。
今年の新人だかなんだか知りませんが、接客に問題があり。お客様はお友達だとでも思ってるのか？ずっとタメ口で、大手のエディオンさんなのに、がっかりでならない。
期待のホープだと言われて紹介されましたが、紹介した方は上司の方なんですかね？だとしたら指導不足ですし、ものすごく香水臭い方でした。一方的に話されて、こちらの質問する隙もなく。ものすごく高圧的な方でした。
このまま押し売りも嫌だったので、帰りました。
昔から、接客も説明も丁寧なところがエディオンさんは良かったのに。3世代渡って利用してたのに本当に残念でならない。
ここ数年ですっかり変わってしまいましたね。しばらくは他の家電店にうかがいます。

I was introduced because it was said to be the hope of hope, but is the person who introduced it the boss? If so, there was a lack of guidance, and he had a terrible smell of perfume. Speaking unilaterally, there is no chance to ask this question. He was a very high pressure person.
I didn't like to sell it as it was, so I went home.
For a long time, Mr. Edion was good at the politeness of customer service and explanations. I've been using it for 3 generations, but I'm really sorry.
It has changed completely in the last few years. I will visit other home electronics stores for a while.
