★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えはいいけど、店員さんに聞こうとしたら、 耳にかけてるマイクで捕まっちゃった。て、他の店員さんと話してるのが聞こえた。
その後の説明も 何その接客。。て、態度で、もうよほどの事が無ければ行きません。
 The product lineup is good, but when I tried to ask the clerk, I was caught by the microphone on my ear. I heard him talking to another clerk.
The explanation after that is also what the customer service. .. I will not go unless there is something else in my attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客さんが少なく穴場なので、ほかの店で売り切れの物もここなら買える。
でも、店員が最悪。
お会計が終わってレシートと商品を持って、すれ違った2人組の店員の1人が私を見ながらもう1人に｢はい、お会計終わってましたぁ～｣って言ってた...｢は？｣って感じ。
商品を探してる時もほかの店員が見張るようにしてるのが見え見えで感じ悪すぎ。
最終手段以外では行かない店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬のことを聞こうとしたが、薬のレジの奥で30分くらいずっとおしゃべりしてて入りにくい雰囲気。話し終わったかと思ったら、その場にいない。売る気がない。全く客を気にする様子もない。すれ違っても何も言わない。田○っておばぁさんが最悪すぎた。
I tried to ask about medicines, but the atmosphere was difficult to enter because I was chatting for about 30 minutes in the back of the medicine cash register. When I think I've finished talking, I'm not there. I have no intention of selling. It doesn't seem to care about customers at all. I don't say anything even if I pass each other. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤマダ電機は、殆ど、西尾店か、安城店位しか利用した事がなく、昔は半田店でお買い物をよく、していました。時々、名古屋駅の、ヤマダ電機も利用してましたが、商品構成が、店舗によって、変わって来たので、時々、目当ての商品が、買えなくなる事が、出て来ました。で、知立店へ来たのは、腕時計があるか?気になって、訪れる事にしたのでず。で、来たのですが、ありませんでした。矢張り、ヤマダ電機では、腕時計は、購入する客は少ない様ですね。少し期待してましたが、期待し過ぎた様です。知立店は、近所に大きいアピタがあり、他のチェーン店の店舗と、合体していて、バチンコ店も有り、かなり賑やかな所に有ります。他のお店でお買い物してから、此処へ来ても、良いかもしれませんね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 表通りに面していないので、店内空いてるイメージ。駐車場広い。が、駐車場出入口と周辺道路は、意外と歩行者が多くて、注意が必要。
家電だけじゃなくて色んなものが売っている。カフェもある。ポイントカードの点数も貯めやすい。私は案外ここ好き。
店員さんに期待しすぎてか悪い口コミあるが、私は量販店の店員さんはどこもこんなもんでしょって思ってる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方の書き込みありましたが、店員さんの印象は良くないです。私、妻それぞれ別の日に別の家電を見に行きましたが、接客態度は良くないですね。断然市内にあるエイデンのが良かったです。なかなかこのような前線の営業マンの質は一度落ちると戻すのは難しいんだろうと思いました。週末でも駐車場は空きが多く、ただでさえネット店との競争が厳しい実店舗ですが今回の営業対応ではもう行くことはなさそうです。
店舗裏のエアコン室外機周りは草かが伸び放題で見苦しく、全体に良くない印象です。
