買取価格は安いものの、基本なんでも買い取ってくれるので助かります。しかし安いものをまとめて持っていくと「雑貨おまとめ」などとされて安く買われてしまうのが残念です。
また、土日はもっと増員すべきです。待ち時間が長くて困ります。

以前は店員さんもそれなりの値段を付けて下さっていましたが、最近は査定があまりに適当です。
そんなにダメージのないベビーカーが10円だったり、2リットル袋いっぱいに積めたそれなりのブランドの洋服も10円…
なんかもうこれだと持ってくるだけバカらしいですね(笑)
高価なブランドものだったりするとそれなりの値段が付くみたいですが、もう昔のように『何でも買い取ります』というような感じではなくなってしまい残念です。
リサイクルショップに持って行った方がよっぽど値段が付くので高価なブランド物以外は持ち込む事はオススメ出来ません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは 本当に最低な接客でした。
入ったら 順番に伺うから名前を書くように…とだけ言われ 一言も用件も聞いてくれずに ただただ1時間以上 待たされました。途中 中抜けすると順番は後回しにするそうですが 店内にはトイレも無いような店です。
それをクレームすると どれだけ待たせるかを 聞かない客が悪いんだと言われましたが 話しやすい表情や応対をなさっている店員には感じられなかったのが 残念です。
星ゼロが出来ないので 星一つ付けてます。

It was a pity that customers who didn't ask how long they waited when claiming it were bad, but it was unsatisfactory for shoppers who were easy to talk and interact with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供を連れて買取をしてもらいたく伺いましたが子供が泣いてる訳ではなく喃語を喋ってたんですが、「他のお客様のご迷惑なので出てください。」と叱るように言われ、そのまま帰りました。申し訳ないの一言もありませんでした。お子様を連れて行かれる方は、子供を預けるか連れていくのなら寝かせないとお叱りを受ける羽目になるかと思います。二度と行くことはないです。
I asked if I would like to buy it with my child, but the child was not crying and was speaking a babbling, but he was told to scold me, "Please come out because it is a nuisance to other customers." came back. There was no word of regret. If you are going to take your child with you, you may end up being scolded if you don't leave your child or let him lie down. I will never go again.

凄くｶﾞﾁｬｶﾞﾁｬ扱い待ってる間不愉快です。
他の担当の方がいいです。
金券等は買取おすすめしますが衣類関係や新品の家電やｱﾊﾟﾚﾙ関係はｵﾌﾊｳｽ等の方が高かったです。
ｴｺﾘﾝｸﾞ2000円だった衣類関係が
ｵﾌﾊｳｽ12000円でした。
こんな差があるのかと思いました。
