店頭で商品を決めて、代金を先に払うシステムです。
席についた後、番号札（将棋の駒を使っていてかわいい）の番号で呼ばれ、店員さんが配膳してくださいます。
今回はおすすめであったブリの塩焼きをいただきました。
炭火を使って調理しており、注文を受けてから焼き始めるので味も風味も抜群に美味しかったです。
作り置きではないので、魚の良質な脂も固まることもなく、焼き加減も完璧でした。
魚の皮を普段は食べない私でも、皮が美味しいと感じられるほどでした。
ランチメニューを提供する新橋の店は数あれど、このお店は大当たりであると言っても過言ではないと思います。

Since it was not pre-made, the high-quality fat of the fish did not harden, and the grilling was perfect.
Even though I don't usually eat fish skin, I felt that the skin was delicious.
There are many shops in Shimbashi that offer lunch menus, but I think it's no exaggeration to say that this shop is a big hit.

お店の雰囲気は良いのですが、居心地がすこぶる悪く職場では不人気。

さばは3種類あり写真は塩さば。ご飯が多いの少なめがおすすめ

作り置きではなく注文受けてから焼きはじめるので直ぐには出てきません。
その分旨いです。
越後屋系は味で勝負してるので店員さんのタメ口や態度はご愛嬌です。
ペコペコされたいなら他の店に行った方がいい。
