オーナー服部まもる氏/学校長長新谷智之氏のECCベストワン烏丸今出川は絶対に避けるべき。 初勤務より研修をしない、仕事は自分で作るもの、忙しくて教えている暇がない、社会人なんだから教えないと仕事が出来ないようでは困る、1科目しか教えられないのでは使えない(面接時に合意の上であるし、私より1か月早く入った社会人英語講師は研修もしっかり受けほかの科目を教えるように言われたことはないと言っていた)などの嫌がらせが続く。新谷氏より「今教えて。」と雇用契約の書類にまだ目を通しているにも関わらず何の知識もないまま教えるという無茶ぶりがある。次は連立方程式を教えてと言われ準備をしておいたのが当日急に本人に強いこだわりがあり教えるのが大変困難な問題児だと後に知らされる小学生男児への割り算指導に変わっていた。その男児に教えた直後、服部氏から呼ばれシフトを大幅に減らすように言われる。要件をのむも「業務がない。君は一体何が出来るの?」と私から退職する圧力を加えるやり取りが3時間続く。私は「業務がないなら解雇ですよね?解雇通知を書いてください。」というも「社労士に相談してからにさせて。」と言われる。しぶしぶ次の週に勤務を作るがその後は全くの未定。ECC本部にレポートをすると【1.研修をしっかりすること2.就業時間を決めること】 の2点を決めるために本部から2名、服部氏/新谷氏と私の5名で教室にてミーティングが開かれる。新谷氏は 「1科目だけだと使えない。高3別科目を教えてと生徒から頼まれても対応できますか?」と珍しく激高した様子で聞いてくる。答えに詰まっていると、本部の近藤隆氏が 「僕は理系で講師をしていたけど、急にそんな事と言われても対応できないよ。そんな無茶なことは言うな。かわいそうだ。」と助け船を出してくれる。本部の人に促され、服部氏/新谷氏より「手際が悪かった」とこれまでのいきさつについて謝罪を受ける。しかしミーティング後、新谷氏よりもう帰ってほしいと言われる。聞いていた本部の片伯部俊英氏により「たった今就業時間を決めたんだからそれを守りなさい」と警告を受ける。次の週はOJTがあるも次回ははオブザベーションをしていたがそれさえなくなり放置となる。本部のスタッフより教室資料にも目を通しておくように言われたので見ていると新谷氏より「それは機密書類だから見ないで欲しい」と言われる。新谷氏より保護者への連絡事項用アプリのリンクを送られ自分のアカウントを作るも使い方の説明はない。生徒情報の見方が分からなかった為、質問するも「載っているでしょう?このアプリを使えなかったのは君だけ。他の人は皆問題なく使えた。」と高圧的な言い方をされる。その直後オーナーに呼ばれ「忙しくて教えている暇はない。社会人なんだから教えないと出来ないようでは使えない。事務ではチラシを作ってもらおうと思ってるけど教えるつもりはないよ」と笑顔で言われる。本部の仲介が今後はないのを良いことにこの日にゼロより悪い状態に陥る。次の勤務でに小・中・高校生の3人にレッスンをしそれが私の教える実力として新谷氏から評価される無茶振りがあったが研修不足でどこが宿題なのか、演習はどこか、生徒へのオーディオはどう対応すればいいか分からない。新谷氏にメールで聞くも無視される。しかし労基からの助言の後やっと簡単な説明メールをもらう。雇用したにも関わらず研修をせず退職させようとした事、勤務を激減された後も講師として独り立ちできるように頑張っていたが嫌がらせをされ阻まれたこと。ちなみに服部氏はスポーツジムなどいくつかの事業に失敗しており新谷氏はいじめ嫌がらせが日常茶飯事のスパルタ塾でのやり方をここでも通している。 こういう所に子供を預けたいか?お金を無駄にしたいか?答えは簡単だと思う。

ECC英語講師をしましたが、本社の幼児推進部の営業スタッフ、事務スタッフ、揃いも揃って仕事できない人達ばかりで、びっくりします。 グローバルグローバルといいながら、仕事の処理のしかた、仕事の進め方は、まるで昭和。 非効率なことだらけで、とりあえず大量に非常勤講師を大量採用し、 ろくに研修もせずに現場に送り込んで、みんなレッスン前後の予習復習、宿題の答え合わせで待遇は最低、まさにブラック企業です。 そして、毎年非常勤講師が辞めていくので、また慌てて後任の非常勤講師を大量採用し、という悪循環で、 なぜこんなに離職率が高いのかという分析、解決に至るのは、 上記のように仕事できない人達の集団なので、永遠にわからないかもです。 ちなみに、研修内容ですが、 英語講師の研修なのに、 社訓を何度も復唱させる、暗唱させる、 毎回の研修の終わりには 小学生かと思うような感想文を提出させる、 極めつけは 社長の書いた冊子を読んで感想文を書けという。 ちなみに社長が著者の冊子は何が言いたいんだと突っ込みどころ満載の内容で、完全に自己満足の冊子です。 さあ、みなさん、こんなところでグローバル、学べますか(笑)
