和菓子屋だけあって他では味わえない濃さ。
ここでしか味わえない味でたいへん満足しました。
クリームソーダも量はお冷程度でしたが味が濃く、ミルキーなアイスクリームと合い良い感じでした。

香川のあん餅雑煮
雑煮だからお正月じゃないと
食べられないと思っていたので
お正月でなくてもエビスヤさんで
食べられると知り、香川について
即向かいました
しかし、すでに夕方で今日も分は売り切れ
翌朝9時オープンなので早めに訪問しました
昔ながらの喫茶店って感じ
メニューはこんな感じ
同じく昨日食べ損ねた、
同じ思いのお客さんがいた
本当は材料の金時人参が
11月にならないと入手できないので
冬季限定の販売だったけれど
問合せ、要望が多く
今の時期もあるということです
ありがたいわぁ
お砂糖は贅沢品だから禁止されてる時代
餅の中に餡子を隠して食べるようにしたことから始まったんだそう
白味噌仕立てでかつおがふんわり
添えられた青海苔かけていただきます
具は大根、人参、蒲鉾
白味噌と餡子入りのお餅
思った以上合います美味しい
違和感は全くなし！
レシピもくれたよ！優しい〜嬉しい
家に帰っても似た感じで作れるかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣の喫茶で食べるあん餅雑煮はとても美味しいです。ここ数年は、年明けに友人へあんもちを送る際に利用しています。
今回は年明けに都合がつかないので、注文だけでもと思い年末に訪問し、お願いしてみましたが、「忙しいので、年が明けてからにしてください。」とあっさり断られてしまいました。もちろん都合のいいお願いだと分かってはいますが…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生で初めて餡もち・白みその雑煮を食べました。正直なところ、最初に「高松の雑煮は餡もち・白みそ」と聞いたときは頭おかしいと思っていましたが、食べず嫌いは良くないとチャレンジ。
美味しかったです、さっぱりした白みその中にある餡もちを割って餡をときつつ食べるととろっと濃厚な甘じょっぱいものになって最高。来年の正月まだ高松にいたらもう一度食べようと思いました。
昨年末からどうしても豆かんや蜜まめが食べたい欲があったので一緒にこちらであんみつもお願いしたんですがそちらは正直、微妙でした。寒天が普通というよりなんかぼろぼろっと崩れる感じでよろしくなかったかなと。高松で美味しい豆かん・蜜まめ食べられるところないんですかね。
