日光に来たついでに有名料理という事で日光湯葉の店を探しました 行きたかった店が並んでおり街中を探したら元祖と言う文字(笑) これはと思い入口を探したら下の玄関からとの張り紙 下の玄関に着くとインターホンを押してと言われ 中に入ったら迷路みたいな間取り 通されたのは50畳以上の和室 Bコース3500円を注文 最初に来た御膳には湯葉の煮込み、刺身、揚げ、串とバラエティに飛んでおり食べ比べを楽しめました^ - ^ 二回目の御膳はご飯、味噌と天ぷら 天ぷらは野菜と湯葉、味噌はお吸い物 品の有る主食です^ - ^ 最後はデザートで豆乳プリン 黒蜜を掛けて食べると最高^ - ^ 少し高めの金額設定ですが大満足^ - ^
When I came to Nikko, I searched for a restaurant in Nikko Yuba because it was a famous dish. 2021年5月19日の12時半過ぎに訪問。コロナ禍、雨の平日の為か、貸し切り状態でした。 味も接客も申し分なく、大変満足でした。
Visited after 12:30 on May 19, 2021. It was in a chartered state probably because of the corona storm and rainy weekdays. The taste and customer service were perfect and I was very satisfied.

ランチで立ち寄りました。メインストリートに面していますが、駐車場の奧にあるので、ちょっと見にくいです。 かなり広いお座敷がありました。 日光ゆばの元祖との説明でしたが、天ざるそば(1500円)をチョイスしました。手打ちではありませんでしたが、プリプリ海老がおいしかったです。 他に豚丼(1500円)もありましたが、ゆばのセットは添付写真の3種類でした。
I stopped by for lunch. It faces the main street, but it's a little hard to see because it's in the back of the parking lot. There was a fairly large tatami room. I explained that it was the originator of Nikko Yuba, but I chose Tenzaru Soba (1500 yen). It wasn't handmade, but the shrimp was delicious. There was also a pork bowl (1500 yen), but there were three types of yuba sets shown in the attached photo.

日光湯波料理の老舗。 でも、敷居は高くありません。 お店の方もフレントリーで親切です。 料理は、料亭のような繊細な美味しさというよりは、 ゆばの一般的な魅力を楽しめる感じ。 がっつり食べたい方は豚丼、軽く済ませたいときは蕎麦もあります。
A long-established restaurant of Nikko Yunami cuisine. But the threshold is not high. The shop is also Frentley and kind. The food is not so delicate as a restaurant, but rather Feeling that you can enjoy the general charm of yuba. Butadon is also available for those who want to eat solidly, and soba noodles for those who want to make it lighter.

The place is a hidden gem - their Yuba Kaiseki is an absolute wonder. Nicely presented, we went during one of the quieter days and very much enjoyed the dining experience. Don't come and rush through the food - they are best enjoyed at a comfortable pace.
