泉	泉雄大 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googleでの評価が高過ぎて半信半疑で伺ったのですが、全て本当のことでした。日本人には勿論、日光に行く全ての人類におすすめしたいお店です。英語のメニューもあったので海外の方をおもてなしする際にも是非お勧めしたいです。星5の理由ですがホスピタリティ、お料理、ロケーションのすべてがとても良かったので5です。席数がたくさんないので事前に予約していくことをおすすめします。駐車場は道路を挟んだ反対側にあります。HPに載っているので見てください。お昼頃に伺い、上澤の朝食をいただきました。書きたいことは山のようにありますが、割愛します。 1番驚いたのはご飯です。土鍋から直接よそってくれるのですが、蓋を開けた時の輝きがすごいです。すこし粒が大きめで、輪郭がしっかりしており、コシヒカリの粘りがある感じとは全く違う世界がそこにありました。お料理は季節にあったものがでてくるので楽しみにしていてください。日本に生まれて良かったと再確認できるお店でした。 I heard that the evaluation on Google was too high and I was skeptical, but it was all true. There are a lot of things I want to write, but I will omit them. What surprised me most was the rice. It comes directly from the clay pot, but the shine when the lid is opened is amazing. There was a world that was a little big, had a solid outline, and was completely different from the sticky feeling of Koshihikari. Please look forward to the dishes that match the season. It was a shop where you can reconfirm that you were happy to be born in Japan.
