★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 室町時代に長崎に伝来したカステラ?本場の味が広島の文明堂で味わえます?先日、お土産に頂きました?カステラカット包装タイプ?できたての風味を、そのまま、食べやすい大きさにカットして包んであり?包丁もいらず?そのまま手がベタベタする事も無く?美味しく頂きました?頂いた一つは長崎カステラプレーン?南蛮卵、もち米水飴、小麦粉で作られてるみたいで、余り甘く無く、でも忘れてはいけないザラメの食感とあまみが最高だった?もう一つは、チョコレートカステラ?初めて食べました?カカオの味、香り、こく?カステラでは無く?別物だった?チョコは娘が馬鹿みたいに食べた?流石長崎のカステラ?
