T	Takaaki T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらでレンタルしましたが、3ヶ月の契約期間で解約しました。本当なら、契約後に直ぐにでも解約したいぐらいの心境でした。何故なら、商品が届く前にこちらの取次店に配送状況を電話で確認したところ、「配送済み」で追跡番号を聞いても「わからない」との回答が納得できず、再度ラインで「追跡番号がわからないのはどういう事か？」と尋ねたところ、リタハートインターナショナルが休みなのですぐには確認ができないという返答でした。取次店からの配送を指定したのにこのような対応は不審でしかありません。また契約後に気づいたことですが、自社のクチコミを代表者が自ら行っており、このあたりも今となれば胡散臭かったととても後悔しています。さらに「購入者には最低価格で駆け引き一切なし！」とHPでは販売価格が330000円だったのをいきなり252000円に変わっていたり、「他社の取次店から購入をすると既に購入済の商品のため、お客様の保証期間が短くなる可能性があります」との利己主義的な文言には気持ち悪さも感じます。ネットで探して同じ商品を取り扱う何社かの取次店さんにも聞きましたが、252000円の販売価格はメーカー保証がついてないとのことでした。そして「最短、当日配送可能です！」とHPのアピール文に反して在庫がない（少ない）とも取れる情報も他の取次店さんが教えてくれました。今後レンタルをお考えなら是非参考にしてください。 I rented it here, but canceled it within the contract period of 3 months.
