平日のお昼頃で店内が空いており美容部員さんは暇そうにしていましたが全く声をかけて来なかったので、こちらからダブルウェアのことでお尋ねしたいのですが、と話しかけると30-40代くらいの女性美容部員の方から
『買う気があるなら良いですけど』
と高圧的な、怒ったような言い方で返答されました。
笑顔もなく、誰が見ても怒ったような顔だったことを覚えています。怖かったのと、不快に思ったので別な店舗で購入しました。
確かに、当時は20歳にもなっておらずESTEE LAUDERを買うお客には見えなかったかもしれませんが、しっかり身なりは整えて行きましたし、当たり前ですがこちらは横柄な態度で接していませんでした。
むしろ、楽しみにお店に向かいました。
渋谷西武は高校生の頃から家族で利用しており、他ブランドの美容部員さんは皆さん温かく接してくださっていて悪い印象が一切無かったので、あの時は本当に驚きました。
