最近、卒業式で袴を着る機会があり、袴に合わせたカラーにしたいなと考えていました。
長谷川さんというスタッフさんに相談したところ色々と相談に乗ってくださり、とっても素敵なカラーリングにしてくれました！
友人にもたくさん褒められて、当日ヘアセットを担当してくれた美容師さんにも褒めてもらいました！

 The interior of this beauty salon is very nice and the staff members are very polite to serve.
Recently, I had a chance to wear a hakama at the graduation ceremony, and I wanted to make it a color that matches the hakama.
When I consulted with a staff member, Mr. Hasegawa, he gave me various consultations and gave me a very nice coloring!
A lot of compliments were given to my friends, and the hairdresser who was in charge of hair setting on the day was also complimented!
It was good to consult ☺️
It is also a shop that I would definitely like to use ❤︎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもお世話になっている美容室です。担当美容師の方は、私の髪質や希望を全て覚えて下さっているので、いちいち細かく要望を出さなくても良いので大変助かります。また、お店の雰囲気もいつも明るく綺麗で、丁寧な対応をしてくださいます。施術前にはしっかり説明もありますし、しっかりやって頂けるので、それに見合う価格带だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8才娘のカットをしました。予約時に説得してロング→ショートにします、御協力お願いしますと書いたにも関わらず、子供に本当に切ってもいいの？と声をかけて、最悪でした。また、子供が動画を見ていると、全然鏡を見てくれないねと更に本人の気持ちを逆撫でするような発言をされました。それぞれ家庭の事情があり、判断している訳で、本人希望のカットでないからと、余計な発言をされるのは不愉快でした。本人が望まないカットをするのが嫌だったのかも知れませんが、スタイリストさんがされた行為は、誰も幸せにならないと思います。プロならば、子供が望んでなくても、カットの腕や話術でカット後、子供が嬉しくなるようにすべきだと思います。
案内の方、髪を乾かしてくれた方の接客は丁寧でした。

It was the worst. Also, when the child was watching the video, he said that he wouldn't look in the mirror at all, which made him even more reluctant. It was unpleasant to make unnecessary remarks because each person had their own family circumstances and made a judgment, and it was not the cut that he wanted. Maybe he didn't want to make the cuts he didn't want, but I don't think anyone would be happy with what the stylist did. If you're a professional, you should make your child happy after cutting with the cutting arm and talking skills, even if the child doesn't want it.
The guide and the person who dried my hair were polite.
