★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入相談に伺ったのに「なんでそんな車種にするんだ」「こっちの方が良いに決まってる」「考え方がおかしい」などなぜかこちらの感性を否定することとばかり言われました。
新車を進めたいのは販売店として理解できますが、言葉を選ぶべきだし来客を嘲笑するような応対は大変不快でした。
当然他店購入を検討しており二度と行きません。
店舗が綺麗なだけで最低のお店です。

コミュニケーションとか求めたら、確実に嫌な思いをしますからね。技術は間違いありませんし、スタッフの女性はちゃんとしてますよ。あそこは単なるパーツ屋さんですね。でも、そう考えても、毎回嫌な思いをするんですよね～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売る時だけ調子のよい店でした。店長は常に上から目線の態度で、小馬鹿にされている様な、嫌な気分になる事が何度もありました。
この店のせいで、二度とドゥカティに乗る気がしません。
It was a good store only when selling. The store manager always looked at me from above, and I often felt uncomfortable as if I was being ridiculed.
Because of this shop, I don't feel like riding a Ducati again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店は、社長の腕を信じて、技術力にしっかり対価を支払い、末永く付き合っていく、そういう店です。
こちらで15年で6台乗り継いていますが、経年劣化を除けば故障は一度もありません。出先でエンジンが止まるようなトラブルは皆無です。安心して整備をお願いできます。
低評価をつけている人は、選ぶ店を間違えているだけです。
素性のわからない車両の整備を遠慮されるのも当たり前の話です。
頑固＝信頼性＝信用 ということです。

I have been connecting 6 cars here in 15 years, but there has never been a breakdown except for deterioration over time. There is no trouble that the engine stops on the go. You can maintain it with confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When to test ride New Ducati Monster 797 (got invitation from Ducati Kawasaki in advance) due to slight drizzling they were not giving test ride,
So I asked technical detail but to my surprise staff are incompetent to answer & told to see a pamphlet (which I can see on web/YouTube)
Hardly any customer there,
Need to improve a lot to make your market (brand name itself will not sell bike)
