院内はとても清潔感がありスタッフの方、先生も親身に相談に乗って下さり満足のいく仕上がりでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の方が言った通り星一つももったいないです。受付の態度、施術者の態度、丁寧さ全てが今まで通っていたクリニックと比べたら最悪です。
一回目の料金安いけど無駄な時間とお金を消耗されるだけです。
As others have said, it's a waste of a single star. The attitude of the receptionist, the attitude of the practitioner, and the politeness are all the worst compared to the clinics I have been attending.
The first charge is cheap, but it only wastes time and money.

平日で待ち時間も少なく、スムーズに案内していただけました。雰囲気も良かったです。
お肌のレーザーは定期的に通ってみたいと思います！

There was little waiting time on weekdays, and we were able to guide you smoothly. The atmosphere was also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美容皮膚科でダーマペンやったほうがいいかなと思い、ヴェルベットスキンをしました。直後は赤みが少し気になりましたが、数日がすごく肌がつるんとしました。日頃のスキンケアも大事ですが、やっぱりたまに美容皮膚科やクリニックに行くの必要だなと思いました。
I thought it would be better to do Dermapen in the cosmetology dermatology department, so I chose velvet skin. Immediately after that, I was a little worried about redness, but after a few days my skin became very smooth. Daily skin care is important, but I thought it was necessary to go to a cosmetology dermatologist or clinic once in a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は最悪です。長くなります！受付では後ろでスタッフがかたまってお喋りしており、私の対応してる人も笑顔ひとつ無しに淡々とな感じで嫌でした。受付もですがカウンセリングの女性はもっと最悪でした。
機嫌が悪いのが丸わかりで、こちらの希望の同じをしても相づちひとつぜずぶすっとした態度。
自分の勧める通りにいかないのが気に食わないのか、質問した内容がめんどくさかったのか分かりませんが。
どんなに安くてもここではやらない！と決めてでてきました。引越しもあり色々な美容クリニックに出入りしてましたがこんなところどこにも無いと思います。全国イチじゃないでしょうか。
口コミを書くのは初めてで、イライラが落ち着かないのでわざわざここに書込みました。
星マイナスなら5ですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりにも受付の対応が悪いです。美容医療系でこのような態度を取られたことが初めてで驚きました。希望した施術ではダメですねと高額なメニューを勧められ、医者を待つのに50分ほどかかり医師が入ってくるなり希望していないメニューを希望したことにされていた。自分の希望メニューを伝えたところ大丈夫と診断していただきましたが1分ほどで医師の診断は終わりました。平日にもかかわらず50分待ちとは……？
本当に星を1つつけるのも勿体無いような病院です。
The reception is too bad. I was surprised to see this attitude in the aesthetic medicine system for the first time. I was advised to have an expensive menu because the treatment I wanted was not good, and it took about 50 minutes to wait for the doctor, and as soon as the doctor came in, I was told that I wanted a menu I didn't want. When I told him what menu I wanted, he diagnosed me as okay, but the doctor's diagnosis was completed in about a minute. Waiting for 50 minutes despite weekdays ...?
It's a hospital where it's a waste to have one star.

帰りも目も合わせないし、もう1人オバさんの受付なんて肘ついて笑顔もなく、ありがとうございましたー。って…びっくりしましたw
他のクリニックでこんな態度取られたことないし、先生と看護師の方は普通でしたが、大手なのに受付の教育も出来てないとかいくら安くてもどーかと思います。
お客様相談にメールしようかと思いましたがアドレスないし、直接電話しようと思います。
